General instructions for the 4 basic functions (copying, printing, scanning, and faxing) of the multi-function Xerox machines now installed in Anderson, Bloedel, and Winkenwerder can be viewed at the links below:

More detail is available in the documentation under the respective model numbers (4250 for the desktop models; ColorQube in AND 115; 7655 for BLD 253 and WNK 104; 5655 for BLD 300 and WNK 200).

Copy codes are attached to specific budget numbers. Additional copy codes can be obtained for grant work by emailing sfrcopy@u.washington.edu (turnaround time approximately 1-2 days). Protocols can also be set up so that grant copy codes are a part of new budget start-up; contact sfrcopy@u.washington.edu to set up these protocals. All copy codes are available on all 9 machines.
